Medical Approval

  • All participants, youth and adults, must present a current BSA Medical form, Part A, B, and C.
  • Medical forms will be collected as part of the registration process before the course begins.
  • The camp medical officer(a licensed doctor) will review all forms for participants.
  • All medications will be handed over during the registration medical check for adult supervised administration.

Dietary Preferences / Constraints

  • The course will work to accomodate dietary restrictions for allergies and other medically qualifying requirements.
  • Food preferences will be accomodated within what is considered reasonable by the course director.  
  • Any dietary requests need to be presented in response to the participant questionaire as early as possible to allow time to consider how they will be addressed.
